Roles & Responsibilities

SALES
  • Reach your monthly sales goal by using cross-selling to close deals with both new and current clients on technical security equipment or ManTech solutions.
  • Assist the region in reaching its ABP ManTech target by developing a robust ManTech sales pipeline.
  • Survey potential clients' locations to determine their demands and create the best possible solution.
  • Construct ManTech quotes for each qualified lead and make sure you close the business with a productive negotiation.
VENDOR MANAGEMENT

To satisfy the demands of the area, find, screen, bargain for the best prices, and onboard local suppliers of technical security gear. Work together with suppliers to establish a reliable supply chain for technological security equipment in the area.

EXECUTION
  • Make sure that every ManTech order in the area is executed efficiently and on schedule, whether it was acquired by you or another member of the sales team.
  • Create a conduit for information between the vendor and the consumer so that the vendor's products can fulfill the client's needs.
AFTER SALES SUPPORT
  • With the assistance of the operations team, review ManTech bills before to sending them to clients. This will enable prompt collection by guaranteeing client satisfaction with the services rendered.
  • Make sure the bills are attached with the required supporting documentation.
  • Make sure that ManTech orders in the area receive maintenance and after-sales support, and obtain references from clients depending on the caliber of services rendered.
SALES TEAM DEVELOPMENT
  • Teach the other salespeople in the area how to properly survey, pitch, price, and sell ManTech solutions in order to help them advance.
  • Stay abreast on the latest developments in the field of technological security and share this information with other stakeholders within the organization or region.
